Founder
The company’s founder, a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association since 2012.
Counsel Adam Gautier earned his degree in law both in Poland and in France.
In three years after getting his GED, he graduated from University of Gdańsk, with a master’s degree in Polish law (five-year program) from the Faculty of Law and Administration, within an individual study program.
At the same time, he also attended a course in French law, at Faculté de Droit d’Économie et de Gestion of Université d’Orléans, where he acquired the title of Master 2 en Droit Privé Specialité Droit des affaires et fiscalité – an equivalent of Master’s degree.
At present, he is a PhD student at the The University of Strasbourg. There, he is writing his dissertation entitled „La simulation dans les rapports d’emploi. Étude comparée du droit français et du droit polonais”. The subject matter of this work are comparative legal aspects of the law in the field of labor law.
