Adam Gautier earned his degree in law both in Poland and in France.
In three years after getting his GED, he graduated from University of Gdańsk, with a master’s degree in Polish law (five-year program) from the Faculty of Law and Administration, within an individual study program.
At the same time, he also had studied French law, at Faculté de Droit d’Économie et de Gestion of Université d’Orléans, where he acquired the title of Master 2 en Droit Privé Specialité Droit des affaires et fiscalité – an equivalent of Master’s degree.
In parallel with the Bar Professional Training Course in Gdansk, he had started his PhD studies on the comparative law at the The University of Strasbourg which he finished defending the thesis entitled „La simulation dans les rapports d’emploi. Étude comparée du droit français et du droit polonais”.
He passed the bar exam as the youngest applicant. During his lawyer application, he won a prize in an elocutionary competition organized by the Pomeranian Bar Association.
Since 2010, he has gained professional experience in renowned and leading law firms. For several years now, he has been running his own law office in Gdańsk (Wrzeszcz).
As part of his professional activity, he specializes in civil and criminal law. He has many years of extensive experience in litigation as well as in administrative and court-administrative proceedings, conducting out-of-court negotiations, all whilst placing emphasis on communicativeness, reliability and objectivity in contact with the Client.
A particular matter of his interest is active participation in court trials in the area of civil and family law, as well as defense in criminal proceedings.
He is fluent in Polish, French and English.
